3 år sedan transplantationen

Idag har vi fest - det är idag precis 3 år sedan som Marcus donerade benmärg till Victoria. Helt fantastiskt att allt har gått så bra och att vi har kommit hit. Tänk vad vi längtade 3 år framåt i tiden för att få vara här och att allt skulle få vara bra:) Vi hade lyckan att få det, inte alla förunnat.

Här ovan är Marcus magiska benmärg, ca 1 liter som togs från honom och som sedan Victoria fick som blodtransfusion. Benmärgen hittade själv vägen dit den skulle:)

Marcus var trött och sliten efter ingreppet då de tog eller skördade stamceller som det fint heter. Han blev av med mycket blod och behövde blodtransfusion direkt efter. Ryggen värkte efter alla ställen som de stuckit honom på. Vår stora, stora hjälte, här 6 ½ år!!

Skruttan här i sjukhussängen, lekte med alla sjukhusartiklar som hon hitta. Sköterskorna kom in med alla sorter varje dag:). Tänk vad många sjukhusdagar/nätter du har fått utstå under alla dessa år. Vår allra bästa och finaste Victoria!!!

Vi har mycket att vara tacksamma för!

Bjöd även mor på magsjuka....

...så snälla är vi:) Mamma kom för att fira Victoria på hennes 12 års dag och vem blev sjuk, jo mamma. Så magsjukevirus sitter verkligen i väggarna, fy:(. Men nu är hon pigg och frisk igen, åker hem till Trollhättan imorgon.
Idag är min ledig dag, så det blir en tur till stan, fika och lite shopping kanske!

Nu börjar det likna något igen:) alla pigga. Vi var till och med hungriga idag och lagade mumsiga färsbiffar. Marcus skalade potatis och Vickan fixa morötterna:). Känns konstigt att vara hemma alla 4 en onsdag. Vi har spelat Skip-Boo ett par ggr, dammsugit och gått promenad med Smilla. Mattias jobbar imorgon och barnen går till skolan. Jag har min lediga dag, blir gymmet imorgon bitti. Sedan till jobbet på em för Personalmöte.

Så var hela familjen hemma i någon form av magsjuka :(. Marcus kom aldrig iväg till skolan imorse, risig i magen. Ligger mest i soffan och mår illa. Mattias kom hem från jobbet vid 13, ligger nu och sover. Han mår illa och har magvärk. Jag och Vickan är fortfarande hemma. Ganska pigga idag, men illamåendet kommer över oss ibland och matlusten är borta.

Hemma med Victoria idag, men är även dålig själv:(. Victoria var med mig på jobbet i fredags på sportlovet. Det skulle vara lite barn och hon tycker att det är så roligt att följa med. 5 barn var det bara, Vickan bakade chokladbollar med barnen och vi åt alla av dem....skulle vi inte kanske gjort för alla har insjuknat i magsjuka.
Jag får aldrig magsjuka utan mår illa och sedan blir det feber istället. Har legat i soffan mest hela dagen, med huvudvärk och värk i kroppen. Victoria mår på samma sätt.
Men, men det finns värre saker.

Marcus har precis gått iväg till scouterna, så jag och Vickan fortsätter väl att skrota i soffan!!

Marcus har provat amerikansk fotboll varje dag under sportlovet! Han verkar såld :) 

Dålig uppdatering....

Är mycket dålig på att skriva i bloggen, kanske bra, då händer det inte så mycket som är värt att ventilera:) Vi närmar oss 3 års dagen sedan transplantationen och väntar på att få besked om återbesök i Göteborg. Vi kommer att åka till Göteborg 1 gång/år minst till Victoria fyller 18 år. Känns ok, vi betar gärna av år efter år och hoppas slippa några otrevliga händelser under tiden.

Sjukdomstiden sätter stora spår i barnens liv och det kommer ikapp nu. Mycket tårar och funderingar kring vad som hänt. Detta gäller inte bara Victoria utan även Marcus har många funderingar och vill gäran ventilera händelser och reaktioner.

Vi jobbar mycket med Victorias inlärning i vissa ämnen, hon ligger efter främst i engelskan. Tror att vi nu märker resultat av de år hon missat i skolan, hon har inte fått den naturliga genomgångarna i klass där man t ex leker in engelskan. Det blir inte på samma sätt hemma eller på sjukhusskolan. Matte och svenska är lättare att jobba med själv än vad t ex engelskan är. Främst i starten av ett nytt språk.

Nu väntar barnen på sportlov, en dag kvar i skolan och nu är det sportlov till veckan. Härligt för barnen! Imorgon kommer mormor hit och är barnvakt på kvällen då jag och Mattias ska på fest. Mattias har jobbat i Uddevalla nu i 2 veckor, har bott i husvagn i kylan. Men det var varmt och skönt enligt honom:)
